This is a Medium/ Close Up (MCU) because the audience can only see the head to shoulder.
From the picture you an clearly see there emotion and facial expression which allows the audience to know how the
4 policemen feel at this moment just from there face. The camera movement consisted of  straight cut facing towards john (Where an eyeliner match took place
)

This is a long shot (LS) because you can spot the location by observing the background
and we can see building which suggests he is outside. The camera movement tracks John ( Tom Cruise ) as he rushes through the alleyway using a whip pan
.

This shot was created by another Medium Close Up. ( MCU ) However, in this shot the audience would focus on
john's face and imagine the guards facing him. There is another eyeliner match being used which makes it look
like they are having a conversation. The camera is tilted downwards which advocates that the shot was in a high angle to make the character look powerless.
WWW: Your blog is mixed – some good work but also some unfinished pieces which is disappointing. On the positive side, your film poster analysis is pretty detailed and picks out some key aspects. You’ve also got some good camera shots for your photo storyboard. However…

EBI: …There’s a lot of unfinished work here. You didn’t complete the 10 opening questions – leaving out the most time-consuming aspect which involved watching and analysing the Sherlock clip. In addition, your photo storyboard tells the story but doesn’t label the camera shots. The whole point is to demonstrate you’ve learned how to identify each camera shot! You need to go back and complete these tasks. Finally, you’ll need to work on the key concept of representation as your answer for the Divergent poster discusses audience instead. Don’t worry: we’ll cover this during coursework assignment 2.

LR: Post/finish the missing work. Then, reflect on your first month of Media. What do you feel is your strongest piece of work so far? What is your weakest? What specific skills or knowledge do you need to develop over the rest of the course?

My strongest piece of work would be my film poster because i have spent the most time  on that piece. The weakest work that i have done on my blog would be the media bowl because i was getting used to using photoshop. The skills and knowledge i need to develop is using and understanding more about photoshop. That will help me over the next 2 years.

Jason approaches mike because he was angry about Mike and Jason's girlfriend. For that reason, Jason is jealous and whats revenge. This is a wide shot.

Jason gets closer and closer. Unfortunately Mike was on the phone so he did not know that Jason is behind him. This a long shot because it shows head to feet.

Mike turns around and is delighted to see his best friend. This is a Medium/close up because it only shows head to shoulder.

Jason gives Mike the death Stare to show he's not in a good mood. This is a closeup shot because only the head is being viewed.
Mike realises what happened to Jason's girlfriend and tries to apologise for his mistakes. This is a big close up because the camera is only showing the face for emotion.
Jason refuses and tells him to fight and who ever wins gets the girl. This is an over the shoulder shot.
Mike as sorrowful as he is asks him to stop but it was to late, the fight had started. This is high angle shot to show who's weak.
that Punch had mad Mike unconscious. Jason started to become worried and began showing sympathy.  This is an unusual angle shot to make the audience feel as if they are in that shot.
Jason felt guilty of what he had done so he tried lifting him up and shouting his name but that punch knocked him out cold for several hours. After that day they never saw each other again. Finally this is a low angle shot to show who's dominant over who.

Film

Language:
The title and background shows that it's set in a futuristic dystopia place; does not have any realistic similarities to our world. Also the platform that is being shown is science fiction. Meaning it has been created by a background designer. If we look closer into the picture, we can see that the gun is made only for the future. The reason for this is, the muzzle is enormous compared to a gun in reality. At the bottom of the poster there are credits given to the developers of the movie. There is also a date given to the audience so they know when it is coming out. Therefore it is a film poster.
Institution:
the company that was involved in making this movie was summit entertainment, Red wagon Entertainment and Solo VFX. The person who directed divergent is Neil Burger.

Image result for the fault in our stars film poster

Audience:
I personally think, the target audience for this movie would be 13 to 30 years old because in the film poster there is an image of a gun which, tells us that its very violent for kids under the age of 12. Furthermore, there is a man and a women. There is more likely of them having chemistry between them therefore, it could have some inappropriate scenes. Glancing, at the poster we can see that the birds eye view of the map looks very dull and unpleasant so it could show a sign of horror to the kids. The reason why i choice 30 as the maximum age limit because no 40 year old person would be interested to watch a violent and aggressive movie.

Representation:
Observing the poster, I can see two groups of gender; one male and female. This shows that any gender can watch this movie because there are both women interests and men interests.
